Certain inherent risks are associated with participation in any type of physical activity. To reduce injuries you should practice a sound warm-up, stretching, and cool-down routine.

Interval Training put a high level of stress on your cardiovascular and orthopedic conditioning. When you start any training there is a tendency to train too hard, too soon. This enthusiasm leads to injuries. To avoid injuries start slowly and monitor how you physically feel.
