What follows is a discussion of the eight secrets that will lead you to success:
- You must follow the program instructions daily. It's easy and it only takes a few minutes each day to input the data that is required for the Program to formulate a diet and exercise program based on your unique metabolism and activity level.
- You must keep track of your food exchange or carbo gram consumption. Studies show that those who keep track of food consumptions will have greater success than those who don't. We are not asking you to keep a complete food diary and calculate the nutrient values and calories. If fact, all you have to do is use the Food Serving Score Card or the Carbo-Gram Score Card to record the food you consume each day. We will do all the calculations for you. It's that simple!
